About Holosight in general
A "Holosight" is a type of scope or optical device used on various weapons to quickly and easily locate and aim targets. "Holosight" is a generic name for a type of optical technology that often works similarly to a "red dot sight" (or "red dot scope").
"Holosight" systems usually consist of a reflective glass lens and one or more illuminated dots ("dots"). When the player looks at the target, the image of the "Holosight" system is transmitted to the eye through the lens, and the illuminated dot appears on the lens.
